Personal Training

Our personal trainer, Ellen, has decades of experience running a gym and training a variety of people with many different needs. She has a vibrant and positive personality and is very dedicated to bringing out the best in every person.

Training sessions are tailored to the individual, whether you’re a beginner or a long time athlete we can tailor to you.

Personal training sessions for a beginner will involve going through form and technique in movements. You will also set goals and look at lifestyle factors that may get in the way of achieving what you set out to achieve. Personal training sessions will give you that 1 on 1 assistance and accountability to keep you on track.

For a long seasoned veteran in the gym the PT sessions will be tailored to your goals and will help keep you accountable for them. We will also incorporate functional training and some mobility training to assist you in reaching depth and better range of motion in every movement.
